Welcome : Pirelli European Drift Championship
Castle's Cadwell Weekend

After a long drive up to Cadwell Park I was met by the BC Racing team. I had never been to Cadwell before and wasn't sure what to expect. My initial impressions were that it was going to be very difficult to put on a show. The corners were narrow, quite small and the barriers were very close. When I walked round the track with some of the other drivers, I felt a bit happier with the track. I...

Mind Now on Snetterton for Cameron

As a first visit to Cadwell Park it was hard to picture where we were going to run a fast and challenging course. One run on the Saturday practice put those worries to bed straight away! A complete departure to what we run at all the other courses , Cadwell offered a real challenge of crests, blind corners and not a lot of run-off... as I would find out Sunday! Declan Hicks In Depth On Round 4

Cadwell Park was never going to be an easy circuit. It's tight, blind crested and twisty with almost no run-off. Mistakes were going to be punished with at least a few weeks work in the bodyshop if you got it wrong. Still, it was going to be a challenge and it looked like a potentially interesting succession of bends to contend with... especially considering this my was my first time...

Only 20 miles from the east coast of England near Grimsby, Cadwell Park isn't as centrally located as the other large circuits – a straight run across the country from Liverpool where we got the overnight ferry from Belfast. What is Drifting? How about a quick video to get you started…filmed by our media guru’s Clash Productions, it features the Red Bull event in Los Angeles 2008 where our guys battled it out on track and far away from home…if you ever needed convincing Drifting is here to stay this is a must see introduction why its so popular and currently dominating the world’s circuits…..
In recent years Drifting has become more popular within Europe, following the motorsport trends of Japan and in 2005 we held and event named GT Battle, the first real Drift event in the UK. Soon afterwards a professional Drift Championship was held at premier locations around the UK in a 5 point-scoring event line-up which left the aftermarket and racing industry gasping for more. Professional Drifting arrived, this website tells the story of where we’ve come from and where we are heading.
From humble beginnings things have rapidly moved on to accelerate at a geometric rate with the sport becoming more and more popular and gaining mainstream attention on a global scale including Europe.
This website gives you information on our exclusive invitational drifting events – the European Drift Championship, now in its 4th year, the Championship continues to grow, with 5 major events taking place in 2010 using some of the most famous racing circuits known in the world right here in the UK and record spectator numbers and media attention.
Within this official website you will find everything you need to know to follow the Championship along with a run down of the drivers and teams, how to book tickets, rules and regulations and generally get the low-down on current news and updates.
We hope you enjoyed the 2009 championship & look forward to seeing you at this years events…..if you’re a first timer, we look forward to making you and your family welcome at one of our spectacular events this year.
